Storm The DJ

Coachella was hands down one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life! I've wanted to attend for the past 2 years, and this year it finally happened. I saw so many amazing performances and was so musically inspired. There was no way to see every performance I wanted, but some of my favorites were: Kaskade, FKA Twigs, Alesso, Flosstradamus, David Guetta and Duke Dumont. Now, my new 2 year goal is to actually perform at Coachella! Check out pics from what I wore to Day 1 below...

Wearing the Rocksbox "Spiked Out Necklace" & the "Wanderlust + Co- Double Crystal Silver Ring". I love getting these sets in the mail every month and I'm excited to share that you can get your first box FREE with the code: StormTheDJXoXo.

I also got the change to attend the Wildfox X Interview Magazine BBQ Pool Party. I ate way too much food, got to see a few performances, and grabbed a bunch of BirchBox goodies.

When a coverup is a dress, and a dress is a coverup... Lately I spend the majority of my time in studios, without windows, producing music for hours and hours. I live in Los Angeles, so once a week I try to make it to the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean to try to relax. I fell in love with this Elif By Jordan Taylor Side Wrap Tank Dress that I wore to brunch and then hanging out on the beach. While reading at the beach I came across the announcement of the launch of Tidal. Jay-Z's new music service combining High Fidelity Sound Quality, High Def music videos, and a curated Editorial. After reading this article and being a music producer myself I have to say that I can't wait to join the wave! Please check out Billboard's interview with Jay-Z (who rarely does interviews) after the pics...

Company (The Storm Remix)

Drake's New Album If Your Reading This It's Too Late has been receiving a lot of mixed reviews. As a DJ, I have to say that I congratulate ANY artist that can put out a whole album. It's so rare in these days of singles and mix tapes, and I miss full albums. Therefore, I love almost all of Drake's new album. I decided to remix one of my favorite and slowest songs on the album "Company". It definitely needed a lot more energy to be played in the clubs and that's Exactly what I gave it, using my favorite RL Grime track "Tell Me"! You can Exclusively download my "COMPANY (The Storm Remix)" here on my website! Click the bold link or the picture below.  ENJOY!

It's almost spring and Maroon 5's new song "Sugar" is the perfect soundtrack to carry me into summer. After a few cold and rainy days in LA the sun finally decided to come back out and I got to wear this high/low "Bravado Skirt" from one of my favorite websites :
